Solinco is an American company that is making waves in NCAA collegiate and also professional tennis. The Solinco strings I’ve chosen are pretty darn amazing for spin, tension maintenance and longevity. Yes, it lasts just a little longer than normal poly (a few hours of play) which, I think, makes it pretty special. Plus these particular strings only loose about 25% of tension (normally poly loses 40-60% of their tension) which is unheard of for polys. And their edges (4 or 6 sided) more than satisfy the need to spin the ball.

I’ve chosen Hyper G soft because it does everything that the regular Hyper G does but softer and more comfortably. It’s not as soft as a multifilament or natural gut but rivals the softness of a nylon “synthetic gut”. It’s truly an extraordinary new string from an extraordinary new company.
