For those who break polyester strings regularly this is your hybrid but without all the harshness and longevity shortcomings of polyester. Plus it’s actually very good at absorbing vibrations since kevlar/aramid strings are made of hundreds of fibers twisted together. Out of all of my hybrids, this is one of the stiffest. Some players say this has just as much spin as a full bed of poly. And to drive the nail on that poly coffin, this hybrid remains playable until it breaks since there is zero polyester in it. However, this hybrid is not for the faint of heart or the tender of tendons.

“Wait, this is quite  similar to Image of Agassi in that it uses Kevlar/Aramid mains,” you might say. Yes but unlike fluorocarbon in the crosses of Image of Agassi, Natural PEEK is in the crosses which is like having the softness of natural gut. And because it’s PEEK, it has less power and MUCH more durability (PEEK resists abrasion better than Fluorocarbon).

• string at lower end of recommended tension range (I personally recommend no higher than 50lbs)
• has similar stiffness and low power as a full bed of polyester
• Not suitable for those who have sensitive joints and have had tendinitis
• I’ve had feedback that this hybrid gives as much spin as polyester
